Where can I get a portable physical memory scanner like Crucial’s on their website?

I really like Crucial’s memory scan tool that tells you an audit of the current memory on a system (not just amount, but speed, etc. too). However, I hate to have to download it every time I need to use it. Is there something similar that can be put on a flash drive that can accomplish the same effect? Thanks!
other than Memtest and CPU-Z (those offer way more than I need for this situation)
